Virginia State Police issue Amber Alert for 3-month-old child

Jiraiya Sage Cherry, who has black hair and brown eyes, was believed to have been abducted by a Black woman, about 24 years old and 5'5" tall. The woman was wearing a black face mask and black jacket and driving a silver, four-door sedan.
