Of those protesters, 41 students from both Shaw and St. Augustine's universities were arrested for trespassing while peacefully protesting discriminatory policies.

I FELT THAT WE AS BLACK SHOULD HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO GO AND WHERE WE WANT IT TO THE FRIENDS OF OVERLAND VILLAGE UNVEILED A CIVIL RIGHTS TRAIL MARKER IN THE 400 BLOCK OF WOODBURN AVENUE. &gt;&gt; SO PEOPLE WILL BE REMINDED OF THE SACRIFICES MADE 62 YEARS AGO. &gt;&gt; HOW FORTUNATE HE IS.
