Tourists, residents of Carolina Beach have Dorian on their mind

It's been less than a year since Hurricane Florence hit the North Carolina coast. Now, we could be in store for an impact from Hurricane Dorian. WRAL's Kasey Cunningham spoke with people about the storm.
