Sigh of relief: Common flood zones in Goldsboro not heavily impacted by Isaias

Like many communities, Goldsboro saw heavy rain, wind gusts of around 50 mph, a few downed trees and some power outages. Although they have several creeks and parks that are notorious for flooding during hurricanes, they did not have a substantial impact from flooding this time.
