Scam tells people to pay for nonexistent coronavirus antibiotics

The AARP is warning about COVID-19 scams, including one from a supposed nurse saying your coronavirus test came back positive. The hook? A credit card number is needed to get antibiotics. There is currently no treatment specifically for COVID-19, but people can fall for these scams if they're not paying attention. If you are contacted with a potential scam, report it to the North Carolina Attorney General at 1-877-5-NO-SCAM or 919-716-6000.
