Roxboro woman, NAACP reps give details on 'no-knock' raid at her home; seizure of dog

Shayla Tapp and representatives from the NAACP allege that Tapp's home was illegally raided by Roxboro police on Jan. 6, 2023. Tapp and NAACP representatives are expected to speak in front of Roxboro City Hall on Thursday afternoon.
