An immuno-compromised man, who could not safely attend to counter protest ReOpen NC, paid for airplane to carry his message of counter protest overhead: 'Fewer graves if we open in waves. Science saves.' Over 200 activists gathered to protest Governor Cooper's three-phase plan for reopening North Carolina.
