Powerline pole snaps in half as Isaias hits Emerald Isle, causing power outages
Emerald Isle is struggling with power outages after Hurricane Isaias passed over the NC coast on Monday night. One power line was snapped completely in half. Crews have been working for hours to fix it, but power may not be totally restored until around 11 p.m. on Tuesday.
