On the Record: Abortion ban and affirmative action

With a new ruling from a federal judge North Carolina's abortion ban will go into effect, but one provision was blocked. WRAL goes 'On The Record' with our NC Capitol team to find out what ended up passing and what did not. Plus, he was there when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled affirmative action constitutional, now we're speaking with him about a new decision from the high court ruling it unconstitutional.
