Not every path to motherhood is the same

Kathy Hanrahan, WRAL's entertainment editor and blogger of Inconceivable, has a 6-year-old son and is pregnant with a girl. She's gone through multiple miscarriages and has dealt with secondary infertility. There are different pathways to motherhood and different ways to define a mother, she says.
