Report: Flynn will decline Senate subpoena, invoke 5th Amendment

Former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn will invoke the Fifth Amendment in refusing a Senate committee's subpoena to hand over documents to a Senate panel investigating Russian involvement in the presidential election.
