Chase That Led to 3 Deaths Hit 90 mph, Troopers Say

State troopers said Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2007, that a car being pursued and the Franklinton officer chasing it were going 90 mph when the car struck another vehicle head-on. Meanwhile, teh driver of the chased car had a criminal record, and his lawyer said his client had reported hearing voices.
