Ex-Wake employee sentenced to probation for accessing register of deeds' emails

A former Wake County employee pleaded guilty on Friday to accessing hundreds of emails of his one-time boss, Register of Deeds Laura Riddick, by setting up an auto-forward from her email to a Yahoo! account.
