Four charged in Weldon 2-year-old's shooting death

Weldon police charged four men Thursday night in connection with an Aug. 5 shooting that killed a 2-year-old girl and critically injured her grandmother. Dyana Anderson was asleep in a bed at her home on Cedar Street when she was shot in the face shortly after midnight.
