Raleigh could loosen rules for food trucks Tuesday

A little more than a year after they first rolled onto Raleigh streets, food trucks in Raleigh could soon roam a bit more widely. Raleigh City Council will hold a public hearing Tuesday to discuss loosening some of the guidelines that limit where trucks can park and how many can gather.
