Landowner leases lot to Occupy Raleigh for a profit

The new permanent base for Occupy Raleigh protesters has all the comforts of home, or at least, it's better than sleeping on the sidewalk outside the Capitol. They're leasing the space from Rob Baumgart for $400 a month.
