Episode 1: Bitty & Beau, The Namesake

The Wright siblings -- Bitty, 7, and Beau, 12, are the inspiration for Bitty & Beau's Coffee. Their parents, wanting to offer pathway to success for two of their children who have Down syndrome, founded Beau's Coffee to employ those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. When the coffee shop moved to a larger space, it was Beau's 12th birthday wish to put Bitty's name on the sign too. Their contagious laughter and their deep connection is known around town. A day in the life of Bitty and Beau means school, dance class, shooting hoops with Dad, spending time at the coffee shop and bedtime routines.
