Neighborhoods still working to clear all that sand piled up by Isaias

WRAL's Amanda Lamb reports that while people are working to repair the damage caused on Oak Island by Hurricane Isaias, getting rid of the sand the storm blew up on the roads and even in homes is just as difficult.
