NCCU coach leads effort to build housing in Raleigh historically Black neighborhood

LeVelle Moton, basketball coach at North Carolina Central University, is leading an effort to build more affordable homes in the neighborhood he grew up in. That neighborhood was one of the first primarily African-American neighborhoods established in the Capitol.
