Local rape crisis center programs in jeopardy with major budget cuts

After 40 years in service, the Orange County Rape Crisis Center will lose a quarter of its budget due to a federal shortfall. The uncertain future could impact thousands of people. More than 600 survivors a year seek the center's help, and now all of these programs are in jeopardy.
