Ag Department's Lisa Prince remembered Brian Shrader's birthday -- surprising him with a sweet way to use sweet potatoes! Sweet potatoes, cream of coconut, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and all spice combined to make a unique sundae. Drizzle with hot fudge and top with salty pretzels.
