Researchers: Aerobic Exercise, Strength Training Can Help Diabetics

Diabetics are at increased risk of heart disease. Regular aerobic exercise, such as walking, jogging or cycling helps strengthen the heart and control blood sugar. New research shows strengthening muscles can help accomplish the same thing.
