I'm chef Mike

I'm the executive chef here at Temple 10 of carry

set of kitchen is the heart of the house or

where everybody's coming to meet that 123 times a day

Everybody comes down here

It's the biggest part of the day for them

And then we really get to shine to put out

a great product for them and make it the best

part of their day

We have a great kitchen here

Liberty does a great job with supplying us everything we

need you eat with your eyes first

So when we put these plates out there we take

a lot of care to make sure everything looks wonderful

and great and is executed the way we need it

to be executed

Residents have access to fine dining just steps away from

their home

If you're coming to this restaurant one thing they expect

is uh create activity

We are also very aware of our residents special dietary

needs and allergies and such

So we need to make sure that we're providing flavorful

well rounded nutritional meals

People can expect fresh ingredients from local produce

All our vendors are local and of high quality

Our staff is committed to excellent service

Everybody's got a positive attitude

Everybody's here for the residence and loves the residence like

their own

You know when you see a beautiful plate come out

there it it looks great and you know when it

looks great it's gonna make you feel great

its absolute best
