Gannon Ken Van Dyke, 38, entered the plea in Manhattan federal court after he was charged with the unlawful use of confidential government information for personal gain, theft of nonpublic government information, commodities fraud, wire fraud and making an unlawful monetary transaction. challenged in due course and I I think that part

of what people have to understand about this young man

is that he has spent Virtually 98% of his adult

life serving this country in an exemplary manner

He's reached the apex of that service and with any

luck we will return him quickly to where he belongs

which is protecting the world frankly from all kinds of

threats

he's resolute in defending himself against these accusations

on that but I will tell you that I do

I think this prosecution is misplaced and we will be

shortly filing motions challenging the

Indictment and the jurisdiction
