Kidney donation strengthens couple's bond

When he was 21, Aaron Royster was diagnosed with lupus, which causes the immune system to attack organs. He needed a new kidney. His then-girlfriend LeDeja Drumgold tested positive as a match for transplant. Now engaged, the Granville County couple are both recovering after their surgeries.
