Japan's prime minister, wife dine with Coopers at the governor's mansion

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, his wife and a delegation of Japanese dignitaries are visiting North Carolina to discuss new business investments in the state. Japan is the largest source of foreign investment in North Carolina.
