Insurer, tech firms team up to help women get into STEM careers

One in four women is considering a career change following the economic fallout of the pandemic. A survey by MetLife found about 40 percent of them are considering STEM options. This week, the insurer is helping North Carolina's rebound by bringing together industry leaders from high-profile companies, including Microsoft and Netflix, for a virtual conference to help women advance in the field.
