NC Supreme Court re-hears redistricting lawsuit GOP lost in 2022
Republicans gerrymandered the state's political maps so much that it violated the constitutional guarantee of free elections, the North Carolina Supreme Court ruled last year. The court has since shifted from Democratic to Republican control, and that case is getting a do-over.
