Gov. Cooper in Smithfield to talk $1 million drawing for COVID vaccine

Gov. Roy Cooper will talk about the $1 million summer cash drawings intended to incentivize North Carolinians to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Those who have gotten at least one COVID-19 vaccine dose and are 18 years of age or older will be automatically entered into the lottery.
