Gas prices continue to stay elevated even as oil prices drop

Concerns about the Russian invasion of Ukraine sent oil prices soaring earlier this month, and gas prices quickly followed. Recently, oil prices have fallen to what they were before the conflict, but gas prices haven't followed.
