Fidelity is hiring more than 2,000 jobs that don't require degrees or certification

After Fidelity Investments announced an additional 1,500 jobs that will be hired in RTP and North Carolina this week, WRAL TechWire reporter Jason Parker spoke with company executive Rob Merdes, the general manager of Fidelity's new personal investments regional center in RTP about the company's hiring, onboarding, and training process, and why the company doesn't require bachelor's degrees, certifications, or prior work experience in finance.
