Family, advocates react to autopsy report for Daniel Turcios

A man who was shot and killed by a Raleigh police officer in January along the side of Interstate 440 after a crash was not intoxicated, according to an autopsy report. Witnesses initially told the police that they believed Turcios was intoxicated.
