Duke Chronicle editor questions fraternities' crackdown efforts

Matthew Griffin, editor of Duke University's student newspaper, said he is skeptical of a proposed hotline for people to report violations of pandemic rules by fraternities, noting an existing university hotline didn't stop fraternity rush activities that led to a spike in coronavirus infections on campus.
