Drunk captain holds passengers hostage on charter boat

Sarasota police say on Sunday, five passengers joined Captain Mark Bailey and his first mate on the charter boat "Double Marker" for a 12-hour fishing trip. According to statements given to police, Bailey was drinking and doing cocaine while driving the boat. He then threatened to shoot each passenger and fired warning shots into the air.
