District attorney, family members to review video related to Roxboro man shot, killed by police

Many people in Roxboro are angry, upset and left with many questions after 45-year-old David Earl Brooks Jr. was shot in the chest by a responding police officer on Friday. Brooks died as a result of the gunshot. Later this week, Brooks' family and the district attorney will be able to review footage from a dash cam.
