Deported husband of fallen veteran returns to U.S.

Jose Gonzalez's wife, Barbara, died in Afghanistan in 2010. An undocumented immigrant, Gonzalez was allowed to stay in the country because he held a special status for military spouses. Immigration and Customs Enforcement removed him from the U.S. last week, sending him to Mexico. On Monday, Gonzalez was told he was allowed to re-enter the country.
