PNC opens as mass COVID testing site; people still in line after closing time
People lined up as early as 5 a.m. Friday morning to be tested at PNC Arena. The mass testing site was supposed to close by 4 p.m., but anyone waiting in line by 4 p.m. will not be turned away.
