North Korea state media reports the country has produced a coronavirus vaccine

North Korea claims to have a domestically produced a coronavirus vaccine currently in clinical trials. State media also reported a person who defected to South Korea three years ago last week returned across the demarcation line with Covid-19 symptoms, the BBC reports.
