Mixed messages: From CDC to Duke University, lack of consistency on COVID rules raises questions

This week, Duke students began the spring semester virtually -- even though they're fully vaccinated. A message over the holidays told them to plan for that until at least January 18th. But -- Duke's policy has a little caveat. While vaccinated students aren't allowed in classrooms, they're still allowed to fill Cameron Indoor Stadium for basketball games.
