While 12.6 percent of coronavirus tests are coming back positive across North Carolina, more than a quarter of counties have positive test rates of more than 15 percent. Moore County's rate is 19.1 percent, the third-highest in the state, while Orange County's is the lowest statewide at 3.4 percent.
