Changes coming before gyms can reopen

Sen. Rick Gunn, R-Alamance, will announce changes he intends to make to his legislation to reopen gyms. The Senate will vote on the bill Tuesday. Previously, state lawmakers were expected to vote on a bill on Monday that would allow indoor gyms to reopen before North Carolina enters its final phase.
