As NC's coronavirus infections, hospitalizations soar, expect more deaths

Hospitalizations and deaths have trailed spikes in coronavirus infections during the pandemic. So, as more new cases and hospital patients have been reported in North Carolina in recent weeks, an increased number of virus-related deaths might not be far off.
