Cooper announces social distancing rules for retailers

Gov. Roy Cooper and state public health and safety officials provide an update on the coronavirus outbreak in North Carolina and the state's response to it. Cooper is expected to announce a new executive order laying out new "social distancing" restrictions for retailers.
