Columbus County restaurant owner touts special 'guardian angel tree'

A popular Tabor City restaurant burned to the ground last year. However, our Tar Heel Traveler reports, the monstrous oak tree next to it was barely singed. It is called an Angel Oak, perhaps nearly a thousand years old, and the restaurant owner is convinced it is a guardian angel.
