CBC's Golden Years holiday event dates back to 1950s

Triangle-area senior citizens on Tuesday will be honored at the 65th Annual Golden Years Holiday Celebration sponsored by WRAL and Capitol Broadcasting Company. Here's a look at the history of the event, first held in the WRAL Studios in 1958.
