Apex tattoo business owner arrested

Matthew Myers, the owner of Apex Tattoo Factory, was arrested on Wednesday for defying the statewide stay-at-home order. Tattoo parlors are not on the list of essential businesses that are allowed to stay open amid the coronavirus threat.
