19-year-old charged with murder in connection to Raleigh shooting

A 19-year-old has been arrested in connection with a homicide that happened in northeast Raleigh on Dec. 6. Tyshawn Marquis Cloud, 19, was arrested and charged with the murder of 19-year-old Jaleel Ni'Shawn Lyons.
