1 woman arrested, another in hospital after morning street racing crash
According to Raleigh police, Jocelynn Morrison, 24, and Jada Ballen, 25, were racing on Centennial Parkway early Friday. Police said Morrison lost control of her car and sideswiped Ballen. Both cars went through a grass median.
