A video of a Winston-Salem native bursting out in song inside a cellphone store is racking up views on Facebook.

The video shows Aria Johnson, 30, of Texas, singing "Stand by Me" inside a Cricket Wireless store on Saturday.

"I was leaving a karaoke competition and went to meet a friend at the Cricket store," said Johnson. "When I walked in, my friend said: 'Hey, guys! This is my friend, Aria,' and he asked me to sing something."

Johnson ended up singing the song she sang at the competition. Those nearby started recording, and the rest is history.

WXII reports Johnson attended Robert B. Glenn High School in Kernersville and Appalachian State University in 2012.
