Veggie Tales show headed to Raleigh, Fayetteville

That crazy bunch of vegetables will be performing live at churches in Raleigh and Fayetteville this fall.

The Veggie Tales' "Sing Yourself Silly" tour will make a few stops in North Carolina this fall.

Tickets just went on sale to the public for performances at Hope Community Church on Buck Jones Road right near the border between Cary and Raleigh. Showtimes are at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Oct. 12 (a Tuesday). General admission tickets are $15 each or $25 for "Gold Circle Tickets." Doors open one hour before the show. Everybody will need a ticket including infants or lap children.
The tour also will make a stop at Northwood Temple in Fayetteville with shows at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Nov. 5. Tickets for the Fayetteville show go on sale Aug. 27.

The show also will stop in Winston-Salem and Charlotte.

The live show, based on the best-selling, faith-based series for kids and families, includes all of your favorite Veggie Tales characters singing, dancing and having fun. According to the show's website, everybody will learn that God really is "bigger than the boogie man."
